Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years' experience in computer technical support.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; Portuguese preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, church meetinghouse technology, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as initial contact via phone, email, or chat for technical support of hardware, systems, and applications.
• Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and applications.
• Remotely navigates customer menus and may remote into their computer.
• Troubleshoots network connectivity issues with remote employees on corporate networks.
• Builds and sustains productive customer relationships with a focus on user needs.
• Offers alternative solutions when appropriate.
• Records all customer contact information in CRM system.
• Escalates complex problems to senior staff as needed.
• Performs work under general supervision.
