Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or tech certificate in CS or IS preferred.
• 0–2 years in computer technical support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading/writing/speaking).
• Strong hardware, meetinghouse technology, and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Hybrid role; must live near Riverton, UT.

Responsibilities

• Acts as initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email, or live chat to provide technical support.
• Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications.
• Assists with navigating around application menus and may remote into customer's computer.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues with remote employees.
• Develops and sustains a productive customer relationship.
• Offers alternative solutions where appropriate.
• Records all customer contact information in CRM system.
• Escalates complex problems to the Global Tech Support Specialist.
• Performs work under general supervision.
