Job summary

ThunderSoft in New York state is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to process tickets, troubleshoot issues both remotely and on-site, and document resolutions. You will maintain daily system checks, support network security devices, and communicate with international teams in English.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome; under 2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree or above in CS or networking.
Fluent in local language and proficient English.
Basic networking knowledge and understanding of network security devices.
Experience with connected vehicles is a plus.
Teamwork and quick learner attitude.
Fluent in Chinese or English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process IT support tickets, troubleshoot remotely or on-site and complete documentation.
Conduct daily maintenance, routine inspection and troubleshooting for network security devices.
Communicate with international teams and clients in English, organize maintenance documents.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and access permission issues.
Summarize solutions and continuously improve ticket handling efficiency.
