Job summary

ThunderSoft in New York state is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to process tickets, troubleshoot issues both remotely and on-site, and document resolutions. You will maintain daily system checks, support network security devices, and communicate with international teams in English.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; under 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS or networking.
• Fluent in local language and proficient English.

• Experience with connected vehicles is a plus.
• Teamwork and quick learner attitude.
• Fluent in Chinese or English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Candidate with under 2 years of relevant working experience,fresh graduates are welcome
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or networking
• Fluent in local language and proficient English for communication with overseas teams
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Understand principles of network security devices with relevant O&M experience
• Experience in connected vehicles is preferred
• Quick learner with good teamwork skills
• Fluent with Chinese or English,Polish is a plus.
