Vivo Gaming in San Jose is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle first-line support across our global operations, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and learn administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

This hands-on role offers mentorship, real production responsibility from day one, and clear growth opportunities as you support Windows and Mac devices, Manage Jira Service Management, and help maintain security and access controls.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an IT support/helpdesk role in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or active enrollment in an IT-related program.
• Professional English at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Experience with Office 365 administration and Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard global employees with equipment and access.
• Provide level 1 IT support for software and hardware issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Manage Jira Service Management queue and triage requests.
• Maintain hardware for Windows and Mac OS devices.
• Support procurement and document IT processes.
