Job summary

Padagis LLC seeks an experienced technology and people leader to helm its global IT organization at the VP level. The role reports to the COO and can be based in Grand Rapids, MI; Minneapolis, MN; Piedmont, SC; or fully remote within the United States.

Responsibilities include shaping IT strategy, aligning IT with business goals, overseeing operations, security, and budgets, and driving major system migrations and integrations from acquisitions, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a regulated industry, at Senior Director level or above.
Proven IT solutions delivery enabling business growth and innovation.
Experience managing complex IT projects, vendors, and contracts including SAP implementations/upgrades.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of IT strategy and roadmap.
Ensure IT initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems.
Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
Oversee system migrations and integration of newly acquired organizations.
Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Ensure IT compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Provide accountability for information security, risk assessment, and incident response.
