Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. seeks a Sr Manager, Information Security to lead global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and US-based vendor management. Reporting to the CTO, the role shapes a secure, scalable environment that supports cross-border operations and growth.

Preferred work location includes Monrovia (3-4 days/week) and Diamond Bar (1-2 days/week) with collaboration across Product, Software Development, QA, and AI & Automation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years IT or cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• Experience with governance and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable IT infrastructure across cloud, network, and enterprise systems.
• Oversee IT service delivery, including support operations and escalation tiers.
• Drive cybersecurity policies, controls, and regulatory compliance (CCPA, SEC, FINRA).
• Manage US-based IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, and renewals.
• Define IT governance frameworks and track KPIs across IT operations.
• Partner with Product, Software Development, QA, and AI teams within CTO organization.
• Lead IT Service team and build capability in infrastructure and security.
