Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Senior Manager, IT Implementations to lead a 25+ member team and deliver IT solutions across Rippling’s client base. You will own post-sales delivery strategy for IT product offerings, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to refine processes and ensure scalable, world-class implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, Customer Onboarding, or IT Delivery leadership.
• At least 2 years leading and developing people managers in a customer-facing org.
• Proven track record hiring and overseeing distributed global teams.
• Proven track record scaling teams while maintaining SLAs and key metrics.
• A data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on leader comfortable with ambiguity and multiple initiatives.
• Highly organized with great follow-through on initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a global team of managers, team leads and specialists fostering accountability and execution excellence.
• Own strategy and execution of IT SaaS product implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks; act as escalation point for complex implementations.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success to improve delivery processes.
• Collaborate with sales and post-sales for seamless transition across stages.
• Develop, monitor, and manage key performance metrics.
• Create quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
• Hire and grow high-performing teams delivering quality implementations.
• Create playbooks, tooling, and frameworks for consistency and scalability.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project and change management.
• Foster a customer-delight culture in Implementation and adoption.
