Rippling is seeking a Manager, IT Implementation to lead a global team of IT Product Specialists delivering complex deployments for customers. You will drive front-line IT implementations from kickoff to go-live, manage risks, and collaborate with Sales, TAM, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.

The role requires 2+ years leading client-facing teams and 5+ years in onboarding or software implementation, with strong IT landscape knowledge including identity provisioning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience directly managing teams within a customer-facing organization.
• 5+ years of overall experience in customer onboarding or software implementation with external customer management.
• Strong foundational knowledge of corporate IT landscapes, including identity provisioning (SSO, SAML/OIDC) and device management.
• Track record of developing, tracking, and optimizing operational metrics, team capacity, and project timelines.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action, energized by ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct a global team of IT Product Specialists, fostering accountability and execution excellence.
• Lead front-line IT implementations from client kickoff through go-live, ensuring milestones and product adoption.
• Identify and mitigate risks in implementation projects and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support to create a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve product functionality based on customer feedback in Implementation.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve playbooks for simplicity and efficiency.
