Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an IT QA Manager to lead the enterprise Quality Assurance function, shaping strategy, governance, and testing transformation across a globally distributed team.

The role partners with PMO, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and stakeholders to drive scalable QA practices, manage budgets, and advance automation and digital initiatives in a hybrid, in‑person/remote work environment in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in QA, QA engineering, validation, or IT delivery.
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams and vendors.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, testing, validation, and change-management knowledge.
• Experience in regulated/digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise IT QA strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead a globally distributed QA org including onshore/offshore resources.
• Manage QA budgets, licensing, and vendor spend for efficiency.
• Drive automation, AI testing, and Agile adoption across the portfolio.
• Provide governance for SDLC, validation, compliance, and risk-based testing.
• Develop executive dashboards and QA metrics for leadership.
