Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager QA Engineering in the United States to lead testing strategy across multiple product portfolios. You will oversee test automation direction, develop scalable API-first and UI automation frameworks, and drive AI-powered quality practices to improve software reliability and delivery speed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 12 years in IT or software industry.
• 10+ years leading QA or test automation teams.
• 5+ years direct people-management experience.
• Strong hands-on Java and working knowledge of Python.
• Proven ability to architect, develop, and scale automation frameworks (API/UI).
• Experience with CI/CD and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, Maven.
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing and DevOps in cloud environments.
• Healthcare/regulatory domain experience and HIPAA knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership across distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead test automation strategy across multiple products and portfolios.
• Evaluate emerging technologies incl. AI-powered testing and RPA to boost efficiency.
• Establish comprehensive testing strategies incl. data management and environments.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and cloud QA tooling (AWS/Azure).
• Oversee CAB and ZDP processes and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Define and track quality metrics and release readiness for NPD phases.
• Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers and offshore teams.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and development.
• Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training across applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to align quality with business goals.
• Communicate strategies and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion quality ownership and continuous improvement across QA.
