The role collaborates with PMO, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to advance Agile, AI, and digital transformation initiatives while managing budgets and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business.
• 10+ years of QA/quality engineering experience.
• Experience leading global teams incl. offshore resources.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, and change management knowledge.
• Experience with vendor management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise IT QA strategy, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead a globally distributed QA organization across onshore, offshore, and managed service resources.
• Manage QA budgets, software licensing, vendor spend, and investment planning.
• Drive automation, AI, and Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure testing, risk assessment, validation, and regulatory readiness for deployments.
