Job summary

The University of the Incarnate Word is seeking an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams across UIW sites and drive business analysis and project activities. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Global Technology Operations and Project Management and supports the successful implementation of technological processes and/or system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant degree.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in the field of business analysis. Complex internships considered.
• Two (2) years of professional experience facilitating business process reviews and documenting current processes, gaps, and desired future states.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business analysis activities with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Manage project operations to support technology implementations and system improvements.
• Develop end-user reports using SQL queries and reporting tools.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for audiences with varying technical levels within the organization.
