This role is designed for an emerging project professional who excels in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment. You will play a critical role in the modernization of our enterprise platforms and systems, ensuring that development, modernization, and enhancement projects are delivered with precision and alignment to University business goals. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, management, or related technical field
  • One or more years of experience as a project coordinator or junior project manager
  • Knowledge of traditional (waterfall), Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of, and experience using, project management software such as Jira, ServiceNow, TeamDynamix, Asana, or similar
  • General knowledge of the software development lifecycle and IT Operations
  • Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and to manage competing priorities
  • Evidence of strong communication skills - written, oral, interpersonal
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate requirements into user stories
  • Ability to facilitate technical solutioning discussions to achieve consensus from business partners and technical experts on design and implementation plans
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional project management certification from an accredited institution (PMI, Agile, Scrum)
  • Business process mapping and optimization experience
  • Demonstrated experience successfully delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to promote inclusive excellence in the workplace
