Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University seeks an IT Project Manager & Business Analyst to plan, execute, and deliver technology initiatives with formal project governance and stakeholder engagement. You will balance traditional project management with Agile practices and ensure business requirements are elicited and documented.

Hybrid or remote eligible, with 2 days onsite in Marion, IN and 3 days remote. A PMP and related PM certifications are highly valued, along with strong communication and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, IT or related field.
• PMP certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Other certifications in Business Analytics, Agile, Scrum, Change Management or PM frameworks are a plus.
• Strong Christian commitment per IWU policy.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close technology projects using appropriate waterfall or Agile methods.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and align solutions to stakeholder needs.
• Lead governance, reporting, and change management activities to ensure adoption and success.
