Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; up to two years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Demonstrated 1 year of experience supporting technology platforms in academic/admin/customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain academic and student-facing platforms (LMS, CRM, student advising).
• Provide support and troubleshooting to ensure platform reliability.
• Explain technical concepts in plain language to non-technical users.
• Collaborate across departments and with students, faculty, and staff.
• Document configurations, testing, and procedures.
• Respond promptly to multiple support requests and manage workload efficiently.
