Job summary

Talent With Heart in Pittsburgh is seeking an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network, spanning offices, data centers, cloud services and plant sites, while safeguarding uptime and safety. You’ll own IT/OT segmentation and drive Purdue Model based design across multi‑site operations.

You will mentor the network team, govern budgets, and collaborate with plant engineering, cybersecurity and leadership to implement resilient, compliant, highly available networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering/operations experience with leadership.
• 3-5 years hands-on OT/industrial control networking in manufacturing
• Purdue Model expertise (Levels 0-5) including IT/OT segmentation and Industrial DMZ.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, switching, QoS, SD-WAN/SASE, and next-gen firewalls.
• Experience with EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, OPC UA, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the network team; own priorities, standards, budgets, and lifecycle planning.
• Direct global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN/remote access, and unified communications.
• Design resilient, high-availability networks and drive incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Develop Purdue Model-based IT/OT segmentation, industrial DMZs, and controlled enterprise-plant communications.
• Lead OT network assessments, asset inventories, segmentation roadmaps, and secure vendor access.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and plant teams on monitoring, vulnerability management, and recovery planning.
• Oversee network infrastructure for site openings, acquisitions, and integrations; manage partners.
• Coordinate plant-safe change windows and support audits and security controls.
