Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network spanning offices, data centers, cloud services, and manufacturing sites.

You will drive IT/OT segmentation and ensure uptime and safety across production environments. The role requires deep OT networking expertise, Purdue Model implementation, and leadership of a technical team across continents, collaborating with plant engineering, cybersecurity, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise network engineering experience.
• 5+ years in network leadership roles.
• 3-5 years OT/industrial networks in manufacturing.
• Purdue Model IT/OT segmentation expertise.
• Experience with global, multi-site networks and 24/7 operations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global WAN/LAN/WLAN and security platforms across sites.
• Develop IT/OT segmentation based on the Purdue model.
• Oversee network budgets, standards, and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate plant segmentation roadmaps and secure vendor access.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and plant teams on monitoring and incidents.
• Ensure uptime and safety while integrating IT and OT networks.
