Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network, spanning offices, data centers, and manufacturing sites. The role focuses on securely separating IT from OT networks while maintaining uptime and safety.

You will shape IT/OT segmentation using the Purdue Model, manage a technical team, and collaborate with cybersecurity, plant engineering, and executives to drive resilient network operations globally.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise network engineering/operations experience.
5+ years in network leadership roles.
3-5 years OT/industrial control networking in manufacturing.
Deep Purdue Model IT/OT segmentation knowledge.
Proficiency with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls.

Responsibilities

Lead global WAN/LAN and security architecture across offices, data centers, and plants.
Mentor network team; set priorities, standards, budgets, and lifecycle planning.
Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Develop Purdue Model-based IT/OT segmentation and industrial DMZs.
Coordinate plant openings, acquisitions, and vendor/carrier relationships.
Collaborate with plant engineering, cybersecurity, and leadership on risk controls.
