Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network with a strong focus on OT/IT segmentation, Purdue Model-based IT/OT separation, and security controls across offices, data centers, and manufacturing sites. You will drive uptime and safety while coordinating with plant engineering, cybersecurity, and executive leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise networking, 5+ years in leadership, and hands-on OT networking experience across

Qualifications

10+ years' enterprise network engineering/operations experience.
5+ years in network leadership.
3-5 years OT/industrial networking in manufacturing.
Strong Purdue Model expertise (Levels 0-5).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the network team; own priorities, standards, budgets and lifecycle planning.
Direct global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN/remote access and UC platforms.
Design resilient, high-availability networks and drive incident response and continuous improvement.
Develop Purdue Model-based IT/OT segmentation and industrial DMZs.
Lead OT network assessments, asset inventories, roadmaps, and secure vendor access.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and plant teams on OT monitoring and recovery planning.
Oversee network infrastructure for site openings, acquisitions, and integrations.
