Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network with deep OT expertise. You will own connectivity across offices, data centers, manufacturing sites, and cloud services, while ensuring uptime and safety.

You will design Purdue Model-based IT/OT segmentation, oversee a multi-site team, and collaborate with cybersecurity, plant engineering, and executive leadership to drive secure, resilient networks on a global scale.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in enterprise network engineering/operations.
5+ years in network leadership or equivalent.
Hands-on OT/industrial networking in manufacturing or industrial settings (3-5 years).
Strong Purdue Model knowledge (Levels 0-5) including IT/OT segmentation and Industrial DMZ design.
Proficiency with BGP/OSPF, VLANs, switching, QoS, SD-WAN/SASE, and next-gen firewalls.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the network team; own priorities, standards, budgets, and lifecycle planning.
Direct global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN/remote access, and UC platforms.
Design resilient, high-availability networks and drive incident response and root-cause analysis.
Develop and implement Purdue Model-based IT/OT segmentation and industrial DMZs.
Lead OT network assessments, asset inventories, plant segmentation roadmaps, and secure vendor remote-access practices.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and plant teams on OT monitoring, vulnerability management, and recovery planning.
Oversee network infrastructure for site openings, acquisitions, and integrations; manage carriers and partners.
Coordinate plant-safe change windows and support audits, cyber insurance reviews, and security controls.
