Job summary

Your Talent Team in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network spanning offices, data centers, cloud services and manufacturing sites, with a focus on IT/OT segmentation and security.

The role requires 10+ years in network engineering/operations, 5+ years in leadership, and hands-on OT networking; travel domestically and internationally, and the ability to drive uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• 5+ years in network leadership.
• Hands-on OT/industrial networking in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN/remote access, and UC platforms.
• Mentor and develop the network team; manage budget and lifecycle planning.
• Design and implement IT/OT segmentation and industrial DMZs per Purdue Model.
• Oversee OT network assessments, asset inventories, and plant segmentation roadmaps.
• Coordinate secure vendor remote-access practices and audits.
