Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking an IT Network Manager to lead a global enterprise network spanning offices, data centers, and production sites.

You will architect IT/OT segmentation, oversee security controls, and drive uptime across 24/7 manufacturing operations. You’ll manage a multi-site WAN/LAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, and secure vendor remote access while partnering with plant engineering, cybersecurity, and executive leadership to advance Purdue Model-based segmentation and resilient

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise network engineering and 5+ years in leadership.
Hands-on OT/ICS networking in manufacturing.
Purdue Model knowledge with IT/OT segmentation and Industrial DMZ design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the network team; own priorities, standards, budgets, and lifecycle planning.
Direct global WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN/SASE, firewalls, VPN/remote access, and UC platforms.
Design high-availability networks; drive incident response and root-cause analysis.
Develop Purdue Model-based IT/OT segmentation and industrial DMZs; ensure controlled plant communications.
Lead OT network assessments, asset inventories, segmentation roadmaps, and secure vendor remote-access practices.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and plant teams on OT monitoring and vulnerability management.
Oversee network infrastructure for site openings, acquisitions, and integrations; manage carriers/partners.
Coordinate plant-change windows and support audits and security reviews.
