Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior Director of IT to lead global IT strategy, operations, and AI adoption across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage a worldwide team, align IT with Moloco's growth, and ensure secure, scalable services for daily workflows.

Responsibilities include defining the IT roadmap, partnering with Security, Workplace, People, and Finance, and driving end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and core infrastructure in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT operations across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Own the IT service catalog and end-to-end service management processes.
• Establish and manage SLAs and KPIs for responsiveness, reliability, and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee help desk, endpoint management, collaboration tools, identity and access management, office IT, and AV support.
• Lead IT aspects of company-wide rollouts and AI adoption waves.
• Partner with Workplace, People, and L&D to create guides, training, and communications.
