Job summary

Dalio-Family-Office is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to lead regional end-user support, coordinate endpoint management, and administer identity and access across a global workforce. You will collaborate with a UAE-based team to provide follow-the-sun support and work with Security Engineering to maintain compliant, secure IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, 3+ years in IT operations, and hands-on experience with Jamf for macOS, Okta

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT operations, end-user support, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS environments with Jamf, including device management, patch policies, compliance reporting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional lead for end-user technology support and identity/access administration.
• Partner with global teams to deliver follow-the-sun support across time zones.
• Ensure compliance and cybersecurity controls within IT operations.
