MMI - Medical Microinstruments, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager for Technical Support & Network Management to oversee global IT operations, design network topologies, and ensure secure, reliable services across our expanding medical robotics environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage security, data centers, and disaster recovery programs in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Provide IT support planning and escalation for global users.
• Design and consult on LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and data center infrastructure.
• Develop security, backup, and disaster recovery governance programs.
• Maintain organized, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support level 1–3 and coordinate with IT leadership.
• Design network topologies and oversee deployment and maintenance.
• Manage security systems, backups, DR plans and patching standards.
• Ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT services for MMI.
