Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff and help desk with ticketing, tracking and resolution.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and contractors to design, set up or troubleshoot systems.
• Maintain organized records of licenses, software and equipment.
• Improve IT systems focusing on quality, timeliness and cost-efficiency.
• Adhere to SOPs and develop plant-specific IT SOPs; act as plant system administrator.
• Provide training to employees on IT topics such as security and troubleshooting.
