Job summary

Allegion plc is seeking an Integration Leader, Global IT M&A to drive end-to-end post-merger integration across the global IT organization. You will manage Day 1 readiness and sequenced milestones, partnering with regional directors to translate due diligence into actionable plans and ensure smooth technical cutovers.

This senior role requires 8+ years in IT leadership, strong financial forecasting, and the ability to matrix-manage cross-functional teams across Americas and international

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT leadership with 5+ years in complex enterprise IT M&A, PMI, and/or divestitures.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent integrations across Americas and international regions.
• Strong IT financial forecasting, TSA management, and budget tracking.
• Broad cross-functional IT knowledge across enterprise apps, identity and access management, networking, cloud, O365, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of post-Day 1 IT integration milestones and execution.
• Partner with Regional M&A Directors to translate due diligence findings into actionable integration plans.
• Matrix-manage cross-functional IT towers to ensure seamless technical cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Act as central sequencer for the IT integration portfolio and manage resource heatmaps and capacity planning.
• Define interim IT operating models and ensure business continuity pre-end-state integration.
• Own IT integration budget, develop financial forecasts, and manage TSAs and cost-tracking.
• Evolve the integration playbook and DS/DD feedback loop for better budgeting and risk assessment.
• Lead IT SteerCo meetings and maintain risk dashboards for executives.
