Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Integration Leader for Global IT PMI in Carmel, PA, to own post-day-1 integration milestones and drive cross-functional execution across IT towers including IAM, cloud, and security. The role requires strategic collaboration with regional M&A directors and strong financial discipline.

You will manage budgets, TSAs, and capacity planning, while shaping an enterprise-wide playbook and ensuring business continuity during complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT leadership with 5+ years in PMI or post-merger integration.
• Experience leading enterprise IT M&A and divestitures.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations across Americas and International.
• Strong IT financial forecasting, TSA management and budgeting.
• Broad cross-functional IT knowledge across enterprise apps, IAM, networking, cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own post-day-1 IT integration milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate due diligence findings into integration execution plans.
• Matrix-manage IT towers to ensure smooth cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Develop resource heatmaps and capacity planning for IT.
• Lead IT SteerCo and risk management with senior leadership.
