Job summary

Insight Global in Dallas, TX is seeking an Integration Specialist to join our financial services client’s team. You will drive technology integration for M&A, Day 1 readiness, and post-close stabilization, partnering with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, infrastructure, legal, and business stakeholders to manage plans and executive updates.

You will assess infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, IAM, vendors, and operating models, and help improve integration playbooks, templates, reporting,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager.
• Experience with technology M&A integration, post-merger integration, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Understanding of enterprise tech environments, including infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, IAM, cybersecurity, and workplace technology.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Experience creating status reports, executive presentations, and decision materials.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience.
• Experience with technology due diligence for acquisitions or divestitures.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, technology risk, compliance, privacy, or control remediation.
• Experience with system migrations, application rationalization, legacy-system retirement, or technology convergence.
• Experience improving integration playbooks, templates, metrics, and governance processes.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support technology integration efforts for M&A transactions.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage integration plans.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting materials.
