Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an experienced IT M&A leader to drive the full lifecycle of IT due diligence, pre-close planning, and post-close integration for acquisitions. The role partners with Business Development and support functions to shape deal strategy and execution.

The candidate will lead a distributed IT M&A team, set priorities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance and security across deals while reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 14 years enterprise IT experience with M&A integration leadership.
• Proven IT due diligence experience and delivery of multi-deal integration programs.
• Experience managing geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, databases, security.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT M&A function across pre-close due diligence and post-close integration.
• Set direction and performance expectations across pre-close, post-close, program-management, and controls.
• Direct IT due diligence assessments of target infrastructure, apps, and security.
• Develop IT integration plans with timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Oversee post-close IT integration: consolidation, data migration, and system integration.
