Job summary

SUSS MicroTec Inc. is seeking a proactive IT professional to provide day-to-day support across the US and partner with global IT teams. The role covers workplace services, endpoint management, security, and collaboration tools in a hybrid setup, with occasional travel to other sites and headquarters.

You will work across cultures, support engineering software environments, and contribute to regional IT projects while improving processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years in IT operations, infrastructure, workplace services or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with network, security and virtualization technologies.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable day-to-day IT support for employees and business teams across the US.
• Improve workplace services, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.
• Serve as a local IT partner for users, site leadership, and global teams.
• Maintain security-related services aligned with global IT standards.
• Manage IT assets, user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and hardware lifecycle.
• Support cybersecurity, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and BCM activities.
• Support engineering/R&D software environments, licensing, and dependencies.
• Participate in regional and international IT projects and rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and improve employee tech experience.
