Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior IT leader to run a global IT organization, overseeing essential corporate services and product engineering labs, including Identity and Access Management. You will steer infrastructure strategy, security, and AI-enabled automation to improve reliability and user experience across seven locations.

The role requires deep experience in managing large-scale IT operations with a focus on IaC, SRE, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hold qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 15 years leading IT Infrastructure Technology and Operations, including 5+ years in senior management (VP/Senior Director).
• Manage global IT teams in organizations with 10,000+ employees; lead enterprise service support roles.
• Extensive expertise in scalable XaaS and on-prem IT infra with 24/7 global support.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure with agile and SRE practices; AI/ML in IT support.
• Experience aligning infra with NIST, SOX, SOC, and similar standards.
• Proficient with IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint) and OSs (macOS, Windows, Linux).

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team to operate core IT services and product engineering labs, including IAM.
• Emphasize Infrastructure as Code and AI to improve efficiency.
• Identify and drive investments to reduce technical debt.
• Enable Zoom-on-Zoom by advising product teams on gaps and issues.
• Analyze business needs to design scalable system functionalities.
• Improve workforce productivity via innovative workplace tech and connectivity solutions.
• Govern infrastructure portfolio and execute cross-functional initiatives per roadmap.
• Mature IT as Customer Zero, providing end-user insights for product development.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to minimize downtime.
