Job summary

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Director of Global Infrastructure Technology & Operations to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, architecture, and operations across cloud, networking, data centers, and security. This role partners with the CISO, CIO, and business leaders to ensure resilient, compliant, and scalable platforms enabling 24/7 clinical operations and global growth.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure and leadership at the director level or above.
Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in major cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or GCP, and multi‑cloud/hybrid environments.
Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, life sciences, healthcare, or financial services).
Executive communication to translate risk, resilience, and investment into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned to business, data, and AI objectives.
Lead cloud platform engineering using IaC, automation, CI/CD, and policy-as-code.
Own enterprise network architecture, security controls, and Zero Trust alignment with the CISO.
Oversee data center, hardware, end-user computing, and ITSM processes with a focus on reliability and compliance.
