River AI seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee all technology operations in Palo Alto. You will build secure, scalable infrastructure, manage cloud and on-prem systems, and implement security-by-design with least-privilege access. Lead IT, cyber governance, budgeting, and vendor relationships to enable company-wide growth.

You will drive IAM, incident response, DR planning, and enterprise app management while partnering with engineering, legal and HR to maintain resilient operations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading IT at high-growth companies.
• Hands-on with IT/HR systems, network setup, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with security, compliance, and incident response.
• Proven ability to scale IT functions in fast-moving environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure.
• Enforce security policies, compliance, and incident response protocols.
• Onboard employees and manage device and system access.
• Oversee cloud, network, WAN/LAN, on-prem systems, and disaster recovery.
• Manage enterprise apps, IT service delivery, and support operations.
• Evaluate, procure, and manage IT vendors and contracts.
• Implement IAM for secure user authentication and access.
• Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
• Develop IT budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
