Job summary

Front seeks an experienced Director of IT, Corporate Security & Infrastructure to own global systems, identity, and security foundations. You will lead IT operations, enterprise security, and corporate tooling while partnering with executive stakeholders to scale securely.

The role combines strategic roadmapping with hands-on execution, including vendor governance, IAM initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, infrastructure, or security, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on depth in identity, cloud infra, network, and endpoint management.
• Deep experience running an IAM program with Okta.
• Experience with a modern SaaS stack at a fast-paced startup: Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, M365.

Responsibilities

• Own Corporate Technology Infrastructure: manage laptops, endpoints, email, and collaboration tools.
• Lead Enterprise Security: define security strategy for SaaS, endpoints, network, and physical security; drive audits.
• Oversee IT Operations & Help Desk: run onboarding, ticketing, SLAs, and automation.
• G&A Systems Management: lead integrations across HR, Finance, and Legal systems.
• Team & Planning: grow a global IT & Security team, manage budget and roadmaps; stay hands-on.
