NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Category Sourcing - IT & Indirect to define and lead the worldwide sourcing strategy across IT and indirect spend. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and operations, oversee supplier governance, drive value through cost transformation, and develop a high-performing sourcing team.
The role requires deep category expertise, strong negotiation skills, and proven ability to manage multi-region initiatives while ensuring compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or CPSM/CIPS certification preferred.
- 10–15 years of procurement or sourcing experience across IT & indirect spend.
Responsabilités
- Define global category sourcing strategies for IT and indirect spend.
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract finalization to secure favorable terms.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal to align strategies with business goals.
- Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and risk management through governance.
- Implement standardised procurement processes and data analytics across regions.
