Job summary

LogicSource, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement - IT to own IT category strategy, lead COE initiatives, and drive value for client engagements. You will partner with client leaders to deliver measurable savings, governance, and scalable procurement solutions.

You will lead negotiations, manage vendor relationships, and advance category playbooks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle, and vendor management.
• Experience in vendor relationships and leading high-value negotiations.
• Experience in spend analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), and financial modeling.
• Diplomacy, consensus-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client-service focus.
• Polished communicator and presenter in formal and informal settings.
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial analysis and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead IT category strategy for client engagements.
• Partner with client leaders to translate objectives into category roadmaps.
• Drive COE orchestration for sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Lead high-value negotiations and assess supplier proposals for value and risk.
• Monitor category performance, savings, and value delivery, driving improvements.
• Engage stakeholders across procurement, finance, legal, and business teams.
• Develop and share best practices, playbooks, and intellectual capital.
