Job summary

Divergent in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Lead Global Supply Manager – IT & Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing across IT spend, including software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, and hardware.

This individual contributor role partners with IT leadership, negotiates enterprise agreements, manages supplier performance, and drives cost savings while ensuring compliance and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing with a strong IT procurement background.
• Experience independently managing complex IT sourcing projects and negotiating multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Experience sourcing indirect categories beyond IT.

Responsibilities

• Plan sourcing activities around IT needs, projects, and budgets with IT leadership.
• Lead IT sourcing projects from requirements to negotiation, contract execution, and renewal.
• Negotiate software, subscriptions, cloud services, and IT services with legal and requestors.
• Review pricing, licensing, usage, and renewals to meet business needs and cost targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier performance and issues.
