NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Category Sourcing – IT & Indirect to lead the worldwide sourcing strategy for IT and indirect spend. You will drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and cost transformation while aligning with organizational goals.

You will oversee category strategy development, supplier governance, risk management, and work with Finance, IT and Legal to deliver scalable sourcing solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, focused on IT and indirect categories.
• Proven track record in developing global category strategies and delivering cost savings.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience leading and developing teams in global or matrixed environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and refine global category sourcing strategies across IT and indirect spend.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and cost optimization targets.
• Drive risk management, compliance, and supplier governance across regions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing global sourcing team.
