Skullcandy, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Technician in Park City, UT to be the first point of contact for IT support. You will troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and provide desk‑side and remote assistance across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android.

The role includes onboarding users, training on IT tools, and collaborating with the Datacenter for best practices. Occasional 24/7 support may be required to assist global employees.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of helpdesk/IT support experience.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Windows Active Directory user management experience.
• Strong ticket prioritization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Windows 11 and MacOS desktop support.
• Hardware and peripheral support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person and remote IT support to employees to resolve issues.
• Onboard and train new users on IT tools.
• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, prioritize and assign tasks.
• Support Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Provide desktop and mobile support across devices and networks.
