Job summary

Gong is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to support our Lehi, UT office and remote US employees. You will handle end-user hardware/software issues, manage incidents, and provide timely updates to users and teammates.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices; onboarding hardware; granting access; and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have 3+ years in IT support and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents and requests.
• Experience with Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, including login, application, performance, and basic connectivity.
