Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an IT Hardware Asset Management Lead to oversee enterprise-wide hardware assets, focusing on maintaining an accurate CMDB in ServiceNow. The role requires experience with hardware lifecycle, procurement data, and ITSM tools, and involves leading a global team to ensure consistent processes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in hardware management, strong data analytics skills with Excel/Power BI, and familiarity with Flexera, ServiceNow, and SCCM. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in hardware management or related field.
• Experience with IT asset management policies, procedures and practices.
• Leadership experience (2+ years) and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Populate and audit the ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB.
• Lead a global team to ensure uniformity and proper regulatory handling of assets.
• Procure hardware data, contracts, warranties and related financial information.
• Review ServiceNow incidents and requests related to hardware assets.
• Perform data validation across systems of record and generate reports.
• Identify and implement cost-effective hardware replacement options.
