Job summary

SPIROL is seeking an IT Director to lead technology operations from Danielson, CT. This on-site role will work with executives to align IT with business goals and drive digital initiatives that improve efficiency and global competitiveness.

The successful candidate will have a manufacturing background, 10+ years in IT leadership, and the ability to implement strategic 5-year roadmaps while coordinating with SPIROL facilities worldwide. Travel to global sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Business/CS.
• 10+ years managing an IT department in manufacturing (Automotive or Aerospace preferred).
• Experience driving 5-year IT plans and roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel to SPIROL facilities globally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations and ensure compliance with global regulations related to security and privacy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize IT and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and deliver digital solutions to improve operations and global competitiveness.
• Direct networks and disaster recovery delivery; implement business continuity protocols.
• Oversee IT systems operations with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
