Job summary

SPIROL, a global manufacturer, seeks an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency and scalability across our operations. This role is 100% on site at our headquarters in Northeastern Connecticut.

You will plan, execute and deliver complex IT projects, partnering with IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance and sales to ensure projects stay on time, within scope and on budget while driving continuous improvement across our global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of IT or business systems project management experience.
• Experience with ERP, CRM or QMS systems and digital initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid PM approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of IT projects across global units.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources; mitigate risks.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with goals.
• Oversee implementations and integrations across systems.
• Maintain detailed project docs, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
