SPIROL, headquartered in Danielson, CT, seeks an Engineering Manager to provide strategic leadership for our global Application and Design engineering functions. This on-site role oversees design-to-manufacturing processes and drives change across the engineering organization.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and quality teams to transfer technologies from development to practical application, ensuring robust process improvements and effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 5–10 years in technical management leading a engineering team.
• Experience with IATF/Core Tools and APQP in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver corporate engineering services.
• Ensure disciplined design and project management from design to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and quality for technology transfer.
