Ipsen is seeking a Transformation & Integration Lead to direct Digital & IT integration activities from pre-close planning through Day 1 readiness, through to stabilization. You will coordinate governance, plans, risks, and dashboards while aligning business, digital, and technology stakeholders to maximize value realization and minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• Strong experience (12+ years) in technology, business transformation, program management, or integration management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating activities across international and multicultural teams.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, separations, or major organizational transformations preferred.
