Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Global Digital & IT Transformation & Integration Lead to drive pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and integration execution across Digital & IT.

You will coordinate governance, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to maximize value realization. Translate due diligence findings into executable roadmaps, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations with external partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Graduate degree (MBA/Masters) preferred.
• Fluent in English; French preferred but not required.
• Minimum 12+ years in technology, transformation or program management.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Close Integration Planning & Readiness: prepare integration activities pre-transaction.
• M&A Integration Governance & Planning: establish governance and end-to-end plans.
• M&A Integration Execution: drive milestones within timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder & Executive Management: coordinate with senior leaders and execs.
• Governance, Reporting & Performance Management: dashboards and reporting.
• Transition to Operational Ownership: handover to steady-state operations.
• Transformation & CDIO Office Support: support governance and value realization.
