Job summary

You will deliver reliable, compliant data products and a scalable data stack, collaborating with Commercial, Patient Services, Medical, Compliance, and Corporate IT to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will lead KPI development, governance, and vendor partnerships while managing budgets and running costs to enable omnichannel efforts and Ipsen Patient Hub programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data management and architecture with cross-functional delivery.
• 10+ years modernizing cloud data platforms and KPI delivery.
• Strong knowledge of biopharma data assets and compliant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data foundation and analytics-ready data products.
• Govern integration patterns across CRM, Salesforce Clouds, and data warehouses.
• Define a stable Health Cloud roadmap and scalable architecture.
• Lead omnichannel architecture: preference center, identity resolution, tagging.
• Oversee NA commercial tech stack and vendor governance.
• Own budget for NA data platforms and run costs.
