Job summary

Unifi, the nation’s largest aviation services provider, seeks an IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of technology assets across hardware, software, and SaaS subscriptions. You will maintain Oomnitza as the system of record, manage deployments, returns, and disposals, and ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with procurement, security, HR, and IT teams to optimize license utilization, support audits, and drive process improvements that align with ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in IT Asset Management or related fields.
• Experience with ITAM/SAM lifecycles and data stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets across hardware, software, SaaS, and consumables.
• Maintain Oomnitza as system of record and workflow platform for asset lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate procurement, receipt, deployment, transfers, upgrades, and retirement.
